A Raymondville woman has filed for the Republican nomination for Texas County public administrator.
She is Shalena Purcell, who filed Tuesday. Tina Garrett of Licking and Ashley Applegate of Houston declared earlier. Both are Republican. The incumbent is Connie Thompson.
