Members of the Houston board of education made employment decisions during a short personnel session Tuesday.
The board:
•Hired James Allen as high school academic team assistant sponsor for the 2021-’22 school year.
•Employed Sam Van Dielen as high school pep club sponsor for the 2021-’22 school year.
•Hired Benjamin Cross as a bus driver for the current school year.
