The Houston School District is preparing to open the doors at its new 1,500-seat high school gymnasium on Tuesday, Sept. 14.
Volleyball play will occur beginning that night in the new gymnasium. The current one will still be used for school activities and some games, when required. It opened its doors in November 1964.
