The funeral procession for Wilburn Elmore, who for more than seven decades had a presence in downtown Houston, will pass through on Grand Avenue at about 2:45 p.m. today for those who want to pay their respects.
Mr. Elmore was 93. Services are at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church.
