A Marble Hill man was arrested Thursday evening in Texas County on several charges.
Frederick W. Lawson, 59, is charged with felony DWI – habitual offender, careless and imprudent driving, failure to secure load, no tail lights and no insurance.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
