The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated a crash east of Licking on Thursday, Oct. 28.

A wanted Thayer man was arrested Saturday afternoon in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.

David J. Kerwin, 38, was wanted on a felony Johnson County, Kan., warrant for failure to appear (original charge was domestic battery). A patrol misdemeanor charge was issued for failing to register a motor vehicle.

He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held without bond, the patrol said.
