The Houston High School Scholar Bowl team hosted its first miniature tournament Saturday in light of the cancellation of the Mountain Grove Winter Invitational.
What was supposed to be a practice session turned into a competitive afternoon as eight individual members and a small handful of Houston High School alumni banded together to staff the event along with the coaches.
Miller’s Grill also had a hand in the event, providing a lunch for all present.
