A man from Licking was arrested on drug charges Friday night in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Billy J. Shepherd, 26, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and wearing no seat belt.
The patrol said Shepherd was taken to the county jail and later released.
