A man from Licking faces drug charges following his arrest early Saturday in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Matthew P. Hubble, 41, was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamines, misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor Licking Police Department warrant for having no insurance and wearing no seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
