A Willow Springs man was arrested early Saturday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Chad A. Stevenson, 48, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
He was cited and released, the patrol said.
