A 40-year-old Bucyrus man was arrested Friday night on two charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Rocky C. Dailing, 40, was arrested on charges of DWI (alcohol) and speeding.
He was taken to the Phelps County Jail and later released, the patrol said.
