A Licking man was charged with several offenses early Wednesday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Matthew G. Berry, 41, was cited with felony possession of a controlled substance, felony driving while revoked, having no plate lights, wearing no seat belt and having no insurance.
He was cited and released, the patrol said.
