A man from Mountain Grove was arrested Saturday night in Texas County on three charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Kenneth E. Bibens, 32, was charged with DWI, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and having no insurance.
The patrol said he was taken to the Cabool Police Department and later released.
