An Edgar Springs resident was arrested Saturday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
William L. Robbins, 38, is charged with DWI – drugs, broken tail lamp and wearing no seat belt, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Phelps County Jail and later released, the patrol said.
