An area man was charged Wednesday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Franklin J. Walter, 57, of Mountain Grove, was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated – prior offender and failure to drive on right half of roadway resulting in an accident.
He was taken to the Cabool Police Department and later released, the patrol said.
