A Hartville man is facing five charges after his arrest Friday morning, authorities said.
Dalton J. Moore, 19, is facing charges of DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a motor vehicle crash, no seat belt, no insurance and minor visibly intoxicated.
Moore was cited and released in Wright County.
