Showers and thunderstorms will return to the area late tonight and Friday ending Friday evening, the National Weather Service says.
The highest chances (80-100 percent) are during the afternoon hours Friday. Storms are not expected to reach severe criteria, the National Weather Service said.
Locally rainfall and a localized minor flooding risk will be possible, it said.
