A Licking man was arrested Saturday night on an outstanding warrant by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Steven C. Blazier, 41, was sought on a Dent County felony warrant charging him as a sexual offender within 500 feet of a park with a playground, pool or museum, the patrol said.
He is held in the Dent County Jail, it said.
