A man from Licking was arrested Saturday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Nathan M. Cooper, 28, is charged with misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor supplying liquor to a minor, the patrol said.
The patrol said he was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released.
