A man from Winona was arrested Tuesday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Jared W. Barkley, 41, was arrested on a felony probation warrant out of Shannon County, the patrol said.
The patrol said he was taken to the Shannon County Jail with no bond.
