A woman from St. Louis was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Jeanne A. McNabb, 60, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated-drugs, felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, the patrol said.
The patrol said she was taken to the Texas County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
