Two pieces of U.S. 63 property recently changed hands.
Wellspring Church, Houston, on South U.S. 63, was purchased by Central Baptist Church of Houston, which plans to relocate there.
Douglas E. Smith has acquired property at Brushy Creek Road and U.S. 63 from Security Bank of the Ozarks, which operated from the site before building on Holder Drive.
