A Niangua man was arrested Wednesday evening in Wright County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Thomas B. Atchison, 38, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated – person less than 17 years of age in vehicle and speeding (exceeded by 20-25 mph), the patrol said.
He was taken to the Wright County jail on a 12-hour hold.
