A Vanzant man was cited and released after his arrest Sunday evening, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Zachary C. Campbell, 22, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent involving a motor vehicle crash, patrol said.
He was cited and released, the state patrol said.
