A Raymondville man faces five charges following his arrest Tuesday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Alexander J. Heberer, 31, is cited with DWI, front plate not affixed, excessive window tint, having no insurance and wearing no seat belt.
He is held in the Texas County Jail, the patrol said.
