Officer Cathryn Davis of the Houston Police Department surveys an accident scene Thursday afternoon at West Highway 17 and U.S. 63 in Houston. A tractor-trailer and pickup collided just north of Corner Express in Houston. The pickup was wedged between the curb and trailer. Traffic was delayed. The Houston Fire Department also was on the scene.
