A Salem man was arrested Tuesday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Adam J. Kuehl, 44, was charged with resisting or interfering with an arrest, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no insurance, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail on a 24-hour hold, the patrol said.
