A teen from Licking faces several charges following an investigation Saturday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Colin R. Jackson, 18, is charged with DWI – first offense, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, minor in possession of alcohol, failure to signal and wearing no seat belt.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released, the patrol said.
