The National Weather Service has issued a weather advisory that shows most of Texas County will receive 1-1.5 inches in a weather system on Wednesday.
Central and southern Missouri has been included in a slight risk area for severe weather on Wednesday.
Areas east of Texas County have been included in an enhanced risk. The main threat will be for damaging winds with low-end hail and tornado threats.
