A Willow Springs man was arrested Tuesday morning by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Tony A. Beltz, 33, was arrested on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, speeding and no seat belt, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail on a 24-hour hold, the patrol said.
