An Ava man was arrested Monday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Jared D. Day, 41, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated – drugs, operating a motor vehicle without a license – second offense and no insurance, the patrol said.
Day was taken to the Ozark County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
