An Edgar Springs man was arrested Wednesday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Lee P. Hamlet, 21, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Phelps County jail and released, the patrol said.
