A Florida man was arrested Wednesday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Richard L. Matthews, 36, was arrested on a felony battery warrant out of Pinellas County, Fla. and on a speeding charge, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Howell County jail without bond, the patrol said.
