A Houston man was arrested Tuesday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Brandon G. Cross, 38, was arrested on charges of felony driving while intoxicated – chronic offender, driving while revoked/suspended third or subsequent offense and no proof of insurance, the patrol said.
Cross was taken to the Texas County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
