A man from Illinois was arrested Thursday morning by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Chad D. Adcox, 48, was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, exceeding the posted speed limit by 26 mph or more, driving while suspended, no insurance and failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle, the patrol said.
He was processed and released at the scene.
