A Mountain View man was arrested in Texas County late Saturday night, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
Selvin R. Padilla, 45, is charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, having no valid license and speeding.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released, the patrol said.
