A Mansfield man was charged with driving offenses Saturday in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
John W. Foster, 51, was cited with DWI, alcohol, with person less than 17 years of age in the vehicle, misdemeanor, and exceeding posted speed limit 20 miles per hour or over.
He was released to a sober driver, the patrol said.
