A man from North Carolina was arrested Tuesday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Andrew R. Graves, 43, was arrested on charges of felony unlawful possession of a firearm and exceeding the posted speed limit, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Wright County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
