A man from Plato was arrested Sunday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Trey J. Haragan, 30, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated – first offense and careless and imprudent driving involving a crash, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Laclede County Jail and released.
