A Poplar Bluff man was arrested late Friday in Texas County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Caleb T. Carlton, 18, was charged with careless and imprudent driving and minor in possession of intoxicants.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, the patrol said.
