A man from West Plains was arrested Wednesday morning by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Scott L. Cowens, 43, was arrested on charges of felony driving while intoxicated – chronic offender, felony driving while revoked and careless and imprudent driving, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Howell County Jail and released.
