A West Plains woman was arrested Monday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Zoey L. Hensley, 20, was arrested on a West Plains Police Department warrant for failure to appear – possession of drug paraphernalia, the patrol said.
Hensley was taken to the West Plains Police Department on bond.
