A man from Willow Springs was arrested Sunday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Jacob H. Oshe, 30, was arrested on a driving while intoxicated – alcohol charge, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
