A man from Licking was arrested Thursday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Daniel C. Spurlin, 29, was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation – original charge domestic assault out of Wright County, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Wright County Jail without bond.
