A man from Birch Tree was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Shannon County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Donnie J. Downs, 54, was arrested on a felony Shannon County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, patrol said.
He was taken to the Shannon County Jail on bond.
