A man from Licking faces two charges following his arrest Saturday afternoon in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
James L. Hoagland, 49, of Licking, is charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, a felony; and DWI, a misdemeanor.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, the patrol said.
