A man from Willow Springs was arrested Thursday afternoon in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Sharon K. Dudley-Hughes, 77, was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant for first degree property damage, patrol said.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail on bond.
