A man from Willow Springs was arrested Monday morning in Howell County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Leonard J. Beason, 66, was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and no seat belt, patrol said.
He was taken to the Howell County Jail and released.
