Minutes from the Houston City Council’s Dec. 4 meeting have been released.
The council met following its open meeting. The closed portion ended at 10:06 p.m.
One motion was passed. Members unanimously approved a $2 per hour pay increase for Doug Sutton, who is an employee in the fiber department and had completed his certification.
