A Houston woman was arrested Wednesday in Texas County on two charges, reports the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Sheila M. Greeney, 44, was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant for child neglect and a misdemeanor patrol charge for speeding 16 to 19 miles per hour over the speed limit, patrol said.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail on bond.
